Return policy and limited guarantee against defects.

We value your business and understand that shopping online can make product selection more difficult. This is why we provide a vast pool of information on each product that we sell, from material name and texture to measurements and actual-size images. Due to health and safety regulations, we encourage you to use this information when you make a purchase, as all sales are final.

We are unable to return or exchange purchased products unless defective. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part is non-returnable and non-resalable. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. It is also the law. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. 

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear are delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Final Sales:

All sales are final on the following items:

  • Teddies
  • Panties
  • Thongs
  • Men’s boxers
  • Hosiery (including bodystockings),
  • Pastie glue

When your product arrives, we encourage you to take the following steps:

  1. Please inspect your items thoroughly upon arrival.
  2. Contact us immediately, if the item has been damaged.
  3. All claims must provide a photo of the damaged product for replacement.
  4. We will issue a full refund for any returned items when your return meets the requirements; items must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with no missing parts.
  5. An item that is returned without authorization or an RMA Number will be refused and returned back to the buyer.
  6. Any items returned will be inspected before any refund or exchange to be fulfilled.


What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

In the rare event that your product is delivered damaged/defective, please let us know so we can process a replacement immediately at no additional cost. There are a few important things to keep in mind: Products must be in the original packaging for possible courier pickup/inspection (please do not modify the product in any way). There are additional requirements for products that ship freight.  Buyers must report to the seller within 72 hours upon arrival if the product arrives damaged or defective.

Back-orders (Out-Of-Stock Items)

We automatically cancel all backorders when products are unavailable on an initial order unless otherwise requested by our customers. Please contact your account manager to discuss other options.

Lost Package Claims in 3 Easy Steps:

Double Check (Carriers occasionally leave items in hidden locations to prevent them from being stolen or damaged by weather. Take a look around – ask your neighbors, roommates, or family members to make sure that the package was not left somewhere close by.) > File a claim > Get your replacement (A replacement is processed for you)

Shipping Fees

For orders delivered within the continental US where the reason for return isn’t a result of our error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however, coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by LACEDREAMER, a return shipping label will be provided.

 Return Request and Restocking Fees – FAQ

  • Does a restocking fees apply, if the buyer refuses the package or returned due to an undeliverable address? Yes, We reserve the right to charge a return shipping and handling when a return is due to Buyer refuses delivery or wrong shipping address or undeliverable address provided
  • Does a restocking fee apply if, a buyer returns an item, but it arrives to the seller damaged, defective, or materially different than what was originally shipped by the seller? Yes, minimum 50%
  • Does a restocking fee apply if, Item arrives at the buyer damaged or defective? No, but buyers must report to the seller within 72 hours upon arrival if the product arrives damaged or defective. NO replacement or refund will be allowed if the problem is not reported within 72 hours after delivered. If you have any other reasons not listed here, please contact us for more information.
